Yesterday i attended innova jc basketball training..it was damm tiring..running outside of the sch jus one round takes 5km...lucky i still had stamina to complete the running..or else i will be dead..haha lol..overall the training was still ok..but i had sunburn !!! omg..i dun wan to be any darker...i am dark enough..my sunburn did not recover and i am still in pain..i had put some lotion on my skin..hopefully the lotion will have effect ...^^.....by the way..i finally pour out everything that i wanted to say to a person that i like during my secondary sch times ...feeling relief after doing so...the only thing that i regret was that i did not clarify things properly and did not cherish the person..that is the mistake that i really think i should not hav make..haix..really hope to return to those days..but i am very afraid that may not happen..=(
