Ytd we had a match against nayang jc...at 5plus pm...before that we had to run for 400m intervals for 6 times...sprint for dunno how many rounds...i was damm tired, and i had leg cramp suddenly ytd...i was in extreme agony, it was really damm pain....i keep shouting and had to bear with the pain...after that i put counterpain on my leg, and play the match against nayang jc despite the pain...i manage to score 8 points ... quite satisfied with my performance even though i stil make minor mistakes...after the match,i went home to rest..feeling abit better today...hope i will recover by tmr so that monday i can attend the physical training for basketball training...^^
